Scholarship Criteria

I would like to know if there are scholarship opportunities for people with second class lower division. I have been looking for scholarship opportunities, but in most cases I don't meet the academic requirements. I have become particularly interested in pursuing a master degree in Renewable Energy. I would appreciate any response that will help me.
