Scam or not?

: I recieved an email stating I had won a 2 million dollar grant. It is asking for money. Is this real, or is it a scam you should know about? It came from Paul Christpher title Manageing Director Information Department with the #s +2348053071382/+2348069707072
It came from email address rlabon08@providence.edu (Richard A LaBontee)
I was requested to reply to mrpaul_christopher01@hotmail.com
It says Nestle and claims to be for one of the Economic Community for West Africa States (ECOWAS) and they would be responsible for payment. Please let me know if this is real. OR BE ADVISED THEY ARE USING YOUR NAME TO SCAM PEOPLE. THANKS SO MUCH!

Thanks for the concern, if you did not apply for the grant then the e-mail is a scum but if you applied for it visit their physical offices for verification of the grant
