Job Requirements

What Are We Looking for in You?
sound understanding of finance for business, demonstrated through previous work experience or a university degree holder in the following or related field

Business Administration

Management

Accounting and Finance

Commerce

Relevant work experience including Previous internship, voluntary work etc.

Good communication, critical thinking and problem solving skills

Interest in small business development and social enterprise

Ability to commit to a 6 month placement program (April – September 2019) including 2-3 weeks training (March 2019)

Ability to travel to training and placement

Fluent in both English and Amharic
