Interacting with contractors on a daily basis, detailed orientated, analysing feedback, comparing rates as per contract. You will learn a lot about the fuel industry which will teach you various skills and understanding of the fuel equipment at Fuel Stations.

Responsibilities

  • Processing of invoices
    • Back up for call centre
    • Contractor queries
    • Overdue analysing
    • Analysing of incoming complaints
    • Managing of mail boxes


    Requirements

  • Matric
    • 1-2 Years Call centre Experience
    • Excellent at Multi-tasking
    • Excellent Time Management Skills
    • Technical background
    • Good verbal and written skills
    • 1-2 Years Admin Experience
