Clients Services Manager

Responsibilities:


  • Prepare clients publications (press releases, speeches, website copy, brochures, and editorials) for their internal and external audiences.
  • Respond to requests for information from the media on behalf of corporate clients.
  • Plan and direct communication of informational programs to maintain favorable public and stakeholder perceptions.
  • Work closely with the Client in identifying trends, key interest areas and concerns, and advice on decisions (Stakeholder management).
  • Coach the Clients’ executives on effective communication with both media and general public.
  • Manage Social Media Networks-aggressively use social media as a promotion and communication tool.



    Qualifications and Attributes:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Communications / Journalism, or related areas
  • Three years work experience in PR, Communication and Events management agencies handling major corporate clients
  • Excellent working knowledge of Microsoft Office (Non negotiable)
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills (Non negotiable)
  • Ability to deliver quality within multiple, demanding deadlines, under minimal supervision
  • Possess strong mutually beneficial media relation with the ability to influence people
  • Strong interpersonal leadership skills with proven ability to successfully manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
  • Highly motivated Creative thinker and problem solver; a self starter
