Postgraduate Scholarship

Hallo Joe,

Thanks for the great work, well am still in university pursuing an undergraduate course in Environmental Engineering and management in Uganda, this is my final semester, should be done by August, but our transcripts usually take about 7 months to be processed, so my question is that; Are there any postgraduate scholarships in this field that I can apply based on the fact that I will not have my transcript at hand?
