I am a fourth year PhD student at Addis Ababa Univesity, Ethiopia, in the field of Education Policy and Leadership.

I am now doing my dissertation on Ethiopian Higher Education Policy. I am thus looking for scholarship to go to outside of Ethiopia and see the higher education policy and practice of other countries as well as do my dissertation with full attention.
