I am looking for a Ph.D scholarship in Education Policy Studies. I am a 33 year old hard working lady but financially unable to pay for my studies. I would like to improve the education status of my country Kenya by changing its policies. I can study anywhere in the world especially USA, UK, Canada, Netherlands etc. I am already admitted here at Kenyatta University at home but cant join.
