Peponi School is an international, co-educational school in Kenya set about twenty-five kilometres outside Nairobi near Ruiru. It was founded in 1989 and has been very fortunate to enjoy very early success and would now be rated amongst the best schools in the Kenyan education system. Peponi follows the British system through to IGCSE and A level.

The School is situated in our own very spacious grounds on the beautiful Sukari ranch. Our pupils have developed a fine reputation for success in the classroom, on the games field and for both Music and Drama. We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, passionate and motivated Business Studies teacher to join our successful department in August 2017.

You will become a member of a large dynamic team of 12 teachers in the Humanities Faculty, who are creative, energetic and determined to give our pupils the best possible opportunity to benefit from an outstanding education. The successful candidate will be able to deliver IGCSE and A Level, to pupils from Year 10 to Year 13.

Our minimum candidate requirements are as follows:

2. Peponi Schools Teacher of English Jobs in Kenya
We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, passionate and motivated English teacher to join our successful department in August 2017.

You will become a member of a group of four full-time teachers who are creative, energetic and determined to give our pupils the best possible opportunity to benefit from an outstanding education. The ability to teach both Language to IGCSE and Literature to A Level will be required. The position of Head of Faculty will be available to a suitably qualified candidate.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, passionate and motivated Psychology teacher to join our Humanities Faculty in August 2017. The position would entail teaching Psychology to A Level.

We are seeking to appoint an outstanding, passionate and motivated School Counsellor to join our School in August 2017.

You will become a member of a large dynamic team of teachers who are caring, kind, creative, energetic and determined to give our pupils the best possible opportunities and support.

Our minimum candidate requirements are as follows:
Bachelor's Degree in educational psychology, psychology, counselling or psychotherapy. Further therapeutic training or qualification in working with children and young people would be an advantage.

You will be expected to:

Listen to pupils’ concerns about academic, emotional or social problems

Help pupils process their problems and plan goals and action

Facilitate drug and alcohol prevention programs

Organise peer counselling programs

Refer pupils to psychologists and other mental health resources

Work on pastoral committees to improve learning conditions
