If I want to join for a course from one of the universities you have listed and I have no money, do I connect to the NGO's funding?

NGO funding grants are only offered to non-governmental organizations and other organizations that have projects benefiting the community and those around them.

If you want a scholarship for university study, you simply search for a suitable one from the sponsoring institutions and apply for funding.
