MPH On-line scholarship

Am a Ugandan medical doctor. I am in the process of securing an admission to the MPH On-line programme at the University of Liverpool. However, my puzzle still remains that of obtaining a scholarship. The amount comes to about GBP 13,000. Any help?

On line courses are seriously underfunded. I am not sure where you would get funding for that at this time. The only way out is to apply for programs that are already being funded like the University of Edinburgh.
