Mass Communication Scholarships

I am a Journalism Diploma student at Evelyn Hone College in Lusaka, Zambia and I intend to further my studies as soon as I complete (2009) but I don't have the money. I intend to continue with a first degree and further in Media Studies + a Social Science or just Mass Communication. Therefore, a scholarship can come to my aid but how do I get it?
