Lutheran World Federation Data Management Officer Jobs in South Sudan

Data Management:

Contribute to development of output and outcome monitoring tools for the projects, and survey tools with support of PMER coordinator , Area Coordinator and Senior Project Officers

Prepares source data for electronic data processing by compiling and sorting information(for different projects output and outcome monitoring, for Assessments, Baseline) with the support of PMER Coordinator for data Entry

Accurate and timely data entry of all education enrollments, Child protection cases in Information Management System (IMS) database. (Web based system, Education enrollment, Child protection, Complaints Response Mechanism, Monitoring Tracking Tools) databases operational

Data Analysis:

Work with the PMER coordinator to provide custom analysis of incoming projects activities and assessment data

Create chart, table, and graph, collect GPS coordinates and map visualizations to effectively communicate data insights.
Reporting: Directly reports to Area Coordinator with technical reporting relationship with the PMER coordinator.

Minimum Qualifications and Personal Specification:

BSC in Computer, Information Technology and related field with at least one year relevant experience, Diploma in the same field and with at least 2 years’ relevant experience

Excellent in written and spoken English

Strong Excel skill

Experience performing basic data analytics with Excel, SASS, SPSS, or similar analytics software

Knowledge and Experience in Project Monitoring and Evaluation is advantage
