LLM Scholarship Funds

I graduated with an LLB from Moi University Kenya with a second class lower (honours) degree. I want to study for an LLM. Is it possible for me to receive financing in the form of a scholarship or a grant? If not what are the cheapest, decent options (in terms of accredited universities and regions)?
