I have had a problem with funding and obtaining a scholarship to enable me take up opportunities for 3 years down the line but my efforts have not succeeded.

I am humbly placing a polite submission before you.

I currently hold an offer letter for LLM in Energy Law and Policy for University of Dundee in UK for which am interested in.

Given your experience in search for scholarships, I felt to share with you my predicament.

I have searched for a scholarship for 3 years now, with no positive result.

I am requesting if you know of any institution that could be offering some scholarships / soft loans to African nationals who might be qualified to pursue studies in this line.

I am also requesting if you could be having any organization/individual in mind that can sponsor such a study to kindly assist me get to know and may be make an application, with the timelines above in mind.

This one am requesting as I also read through your website for daily updates but nothing has since turned my way though still determined to make it one day.

I have been applying for funds but to little success and I would be very grateful even if I got partial / full scholarship to help make supplement with the little that I can afford to enable me achieve this dream of getting a postgraduate education in energy studies, with sustainable development in mind by taking up this opportunity at University of Dundee.

I will also be very open to take up any advice that you feel would suit my situation.

To that point, I want to say thanks for your time and wish you the best in your endeavours in your efforts of assisting Africa advance.

Thanks and kind regards as I wait to here from you. God bless.
