Isuzu East Africa Quality Engineer Service Operations Careers


Reporting to the Quality Manager, the successful candidate will be responsible fa following functions:

• Establish Quality targets for service operations.
• Develop service workshop vehicle and parts inspection quality control standards procedures.
• Daily deployment of quality control checks to ensure compliance with set qt standards for all workshop jobs.
• Participate in field and service workshop product technical problems resolution pro with Product Engineering.
• Optimizes all resources within Engineering & Quality control function to maxi support for the service operation team.
• Provide problem solving support to the service operations team and feedback to Pr Engineering.
• Ensure high standards of safe work practices as per company policy and este guidelines for ergonomics.
• Supports implementation of Quality Management Systems in service opera processes.

Minimum Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical or Automotive Engineering.
• Three years working experience with knowledge in ISO 9001:2015 Qi Managements Systems standards.
• Drive for results, strong problem-solving skills, customer focus with good interpersonal skills.

Isuzu East Africa Technical Assistant Careers

Reporting to the Workshop Supervisor, the successful candidate will be responsible fo following functions:

• Preparing accurate vehicle repair estimates.
• Promote Environmental, Health & Safety and workplace organisation
to achieve objectives for the workshop.
• Coordinate workshop parts and materials requirements.
• Support front office, provide leadership and support to other technicians in pro analysis and resolution.
• Allocate duties to technicians, follow up and sign off job cards to ensure quality we performed and promised time is met.
• Road testing of vehicles to ensure required repairs are carried out satisfactorily.

Minimum Requirements:

• BSc. in Automotive Engineering.
• Two years hands on experience in a busy motor vehicle repair workshop.
• Knowledge in different vehicle systems repairs. • Computer literate in MS Office packages.
• Ability to build effective teams, good diagnostic, interpersonal and report writing sk
• Analytical capacity and detail oriented.
