How to get a Scholarship

Am an Ethiopian who lives and work in the capital, I am an elementary school teacher graduate of Language Degree from Kottebe College of Teachers Education, I'd like to continue in economics, accounting, international relation. How can I apply or where can I get information to study in US, Canada Europe, or Australia.
