How to get a Scholarship

(Cameroon)

My question is simply how to get a scholarship. It might seem easy to get a scholarship but in my country (Cameroon)things are not that easy. One must pass through the asistance of the gouvernment and if you have no affinity with its members then no need to dream. Please tell me if it is possible getting a scholarship.
