How to get a Scholarship

I am Kerryan Brown and I live in Jamaica, I am currently attending The International University of the Caribbean and I am having difficulties paying my tution fee which is $190,000.oo annually. I am not working and have no means of support I would like to know what are the requirements for getting a grant or scholarship.
