How to Get a Scholarship

I am 20 years old, I finished high school last year with a mean grade of B+(Kenya certificate of secondary education).

I would like to further my studies but due to financial problems, I am unable to do so.

My question is can I find any scholarship? And if yes how can I find it? Please help.
