How to Get a Scholarship

I am 27. I graduated from Arba Minch University and owned BA degree in Economics & Forestry diploma and graduated with distinction in both. I need to continue my MSc degree in Environmental & Resource Economics ( related) in any European/American/Australian universities and help my country after having this MSc degree. Help me on how to get free scholarship or donors and application processes.
