How to Get a Scholarship

I have just completed my bachelor of Commerce degree Accounting option from Makerere University Business School. I am urgently in need of a professional programme (ACCA) so as to further my career, but I am unable to meet the tuition costs. How can I get a scholarship to study ACCA from Uganda.
