How do I Get a scholarship?

How do I get scholarship? Are scholarships for only brilliant students? Will I get a schorlaship if I do not pass all my exams?



It is not guaranteed that you cannot get a scholarship if you don't pass your exams but it depends with the field that you want to major in since you have to meet the criteria.
