My name is Joe, from Nigeria. I studied philosophy with a bias in philosophy of political science. As I really crave to understand my African society Nigeria, it's people, governance, associated political policies and,how it affects the governed, development and the way forward. I seek to know how I can get a scholarship grant for a postgraduate study.
