How can I get a Scholarship and Grants

I am a Cameroonian student who has just succeed to to get master's degree in fundamental private law at the Soa university which is the greatest in my country and among the best in the Sub-Saharan region. I really wanted to know by which means I can get a grant and scholarship which would help to go on with my studies abroad because I don't really know how my future would be in my own country. For I am coming from a poor family which can't afford to send me abroad.
