How best can advance-Africa help a movie production/company in a developing country like Uganda?

We are in Uganda called marryland production Africa ltd,we act, write and build characters that can act movies.

Please we would want support from any willing source,that can stand with us in finding market,cameras,home for our people thus increasing the salary scale.
