Grants and Scholarship Funds

What magic can I do to find a scholarship or sponsorship from any organisation? Is there any ways, that someone who has no access to the internet do to find scholarship? Can you educate me on these, SAT, GED, GPA, as they seem to confuse me since our grading in uganda is different.

The only magic to to getting funded is dedicating your time in searching for suitable funding and applying for as many scholarships. However, one cannot do so without access to the internet unless checking in the newspapers.
