Grant request for studies.

I have been experiencing serious shortage of tuition fees which has made me not graduate. I am a second year of my degree in Development studies with emphasis in Peace and Conflict Management semester one and I have no hope of going on since I do not have support. Can your organisation intervene and help me out so that I can graduate?
