Graduate Internships and Scholarships

I am a graduate in the University for Development Studies in Ghana, with a very good second class degree in Agricultural Technology, and \community Studies. Please how can I benefit from the various opportunities such as the graduate internships and other scholarship programs for masters courses in overseas?

Is there any scholarship programs of which I may be eligible even before the admission to the University, based on the merit of my recent performance and not on the merit of my performance? I will put forth after the admission, into the university. Hoping to hear from you soon.
