Getting a full Grant

I am a teacher with a BSC. Education degree in Mathematics and Economics from Makerere University as well as a Postgraduate Diploma in Computer Science from the Sam University.

I happened to get second lower class degrees in both cases, but when it comes to offering scholarships most of these universities will ask for a honours degree but give more preference to those with a first class or second class upper degree.

Can somebody in my situation easily get access to such a scholarship and do you have any advice and links where you could help link me up with such a university.

Most scholarships will go to candidates with 1st class and 2nd upper. You can only keep trying.
