Funding for symposiums

Hello. My name is Seda from Kenya. I recently got acceptance to participate in THE IPSI Hague Symposium in the Netherlands.

The acceptance came with a partial scholarship of $2000. I still need to pay $2775 by 30 January 2014 and and $500 as confirmation of attendance by 31 December, which amount I cannot afford.

My question is, where can I get funding for this including travel grants the Netherlands. I have checked all the available options in the site but I have seen any that is useful. Your assistance will be highly appreciated.
