Financial Aid for my PhD Programme

I am an employee of the National Museums of Kenya and I have been admitted to Kenyatta University, Nairobi for my PhD program. I need US $ 3500.00 to pay for my first year tuition fees by 05/May/2014. Please advise me on how I may get financial assistance.
