Eligibility for Grants and Scholarships

I wish to know who can apply for the scholarships. I am in need of a good formation that will assure me good work but unfortunately I do not have enough funds.

Scholarships are offered to candidates who meet the set qualifications and apply accordingly. You have to search for a scholarship that makes you eligible considering your nationality and area of study.
