Distance Learning Scholarships

I am a civil engineer, trying to inquire about the distance learning scholarships in relation to a MSc degree in Petroleum Engineering.

I would like to pursue such a course with the Herriot Watt Institute. Given the fact that they actually offer this course and it can been done online (long distance).

Most of the scholarships I have checked out from your site are all tailored to residential learning.

I will be very grateful if you can advise me accordingly. Thanks alot for the continued information as regards the scholarships.
