Job Description

The Senior Applications Analyst will apply functional application expertise, particularly in Oracle E-Business Suite, Finance and SCM modules, to help the business use applications more effectively and to support/ develop/enhance current business processes.

Responsibilities

Gathering new functional requirements and proposing solutions and process changes to the business.

Identifying IT application risks, issues, faults and drive creative solutions.

Communicating and coordinating with third-party support and Del Monte teams to ensure rapid resolution of problems.

Coordinating with third-party consultants to ensure project deliverables conform to stake-holder and contractual requirements.

Supporting implementation of system upgrades to ensure applications remain compliant and aligned to business requirements and processes.

Supporting and maintaining IT business applications to ensure a reliable and secure service for staff.

Developing business reporting tools to ensure the organization is able to maximize its use of business data.

Promoting the effective use of business systems across the organization.

Document & maintain standards and procedures for all business functions.

Ensure incident and service requests are handled within defined SLA's and are in accordance with company policy.

Qualifications

Bachelor's Degree in a related technical or similar field (i.e. Information Systems, Information Technology, MIS, etc.), from an accredited institution

At least 3 years' experience or 3 full lifecycles in a functional application analyst role using Oracle E-Business Suite r12, Financial and/or Supply Chain modules

Implementation experience across all phases of the Solutions Lifecycle - Project Preparation through Go-Live Support Preferred

Oracle E-Business Suite r12 Manufacturing

Certified in Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL)

Development knowledge of custom reports, extensions, conversions and interfaces e.g. using Oracle

Development Tools like discoverer would be a strong plus

Knowledge in El Tools

Delmonte Agriculture Supervisor Jobs in Thika

Job Description

Reports to the Senior Department Head. key Result Areas Planning, supervision and coordination of all development activities of land preparation.

Responsibilities

Duty allocation and supervision of field activities including land preparation, seed sourcing, planting, cultural activities, fertilization, pest and disease control and harvesting.

Compiling daily, weekly and monthly work plans and accomplishment reports.

Management of equipments, material and labour to ensure optimum productivity.

Qualifications

Bachelor of Science Degree in Agricultural engineering or related discipline.

At least 5 years' experience in large commercial agricultural farms.

Experience on survey work will be a plus.

A valid driving license.

Office software training.

Aged between 25 - 35 years.

A team player with ability to work under pressure, attention to details, problem solving skills, with a high level of accuracy.
