DAC Aviation Captain on Airbus C- 295 Vacancies in Kenya

Qualifications:

  • The applicant must have a valid ICAO Multi-Engine ATPL
  • Must be in possession of a Valid Class 1 Medical
  • Required to have a minimum of Level 4 in English Proficiency
  • Total Time: At least 4000 hours
  • Total Pilot in Command (PIC): Atleast 2000 hours on any type
  • Total time on type ( C-295): 1250 hours
  • Total time as PIC on type (C-295)and in similar type of operations: 750 hours
  • The applicant must be current on C-295
  • He/She must have a certified current logbook
  • The desired candidate must be willing to work in conflict zones/hardship/remote areas to deliver humanitarian aid.

    The following additional roles would be considered advantageous:

  • Previous experience in humanitarian/cargo/ unpaved airfield operations.
  • TRI/TRE experience on C-295.

    Qualifications:

  • The applicant must have a valid ICAO Multi-Engine CPL with Instrument Rating Must be in possession of a Valid Class 1 Medical Required to have English Proficiency Minimum Level 4

    Preferred level of Experience:

  • Total Time: Atleast 2000 hours
  • Total time as PIC on any type: 750 hours
  • Total time on aircraft type (C-295)and in similar type of operations: 300 hours

    Other Requirements:

  • The applicant must be current on C-295
  • He/She must have a certified current logbook
  • The desired candidate must be willing to work in conflict zones/hardship/remote areas to deliver humanitarian aid.

    DAC Aviation Programme Manager Vacancies in Kenya

    Qualifications:

  • A degree or Advanced Education in Administration, Business Management,
    Logistics, or related field
  • At least 10 years' experience in operations and office management
  • Experience in the Humanitarian aviation industry is a strong asset
  • Knowledge of and working experience in the region
  • Experience in working in a high risk security environment and proactive in recognizing possible security breach and resolving issues beforehand.
  • Proficiency with Excel, Word and other Office applications as well as ERP systems
  • Fluency in written and spoken French and English and working knowledge of Swahili is a strong asset.
  • Extraordinary organizational skills, attention to detail and quality control
  • Ability to work independently, adept at problem resolution and supervision of support staff
  • Strong understanding of humanitarian principles

    DAC Aviation Director of Maintanace Vacancies in Kenya

    Qualifications:

  • A degree or advanced degree in aeronautical engineering or a related field
  • Should be a holder of aircraft maintenance engineers license with multi category rating relevant for the fleet
  • Should have three years as a certifying engineer and extensive experience at an equivalent level in an organization involved in continuing airworthiness and release of aircraft.
  • Should have an intimate knowledge of the civil aviation regulations
  • Experience in working in a high risk security environment and proactive in recognizing possible security breach and resolving issues beforehand.
  • Atleast 10 years experience in management of a maintenance facility in the aviation industry.
