DAAD Scholarship Programme

I am 29 years of age, Ugandan by nationality.

I hold a bachelors degree of Industrial and Fine Arts from Makerere university, a postgraduate certificate in Administrative officers, a Law Course from Law Development center, Kampala.

However after my graduation I could not pursue a masters degree due to financial constraints at home.
