Cytonn Real Estate is the development arm of Cytonn Investments with projects under mandate in excess of Kshs 82 billion. The firm seeks to develop quality and aspirational Real Estate projects which encourage community living as we contribute towards bridging the huge housing gap in the market.

To manage its rapid growth, the company is looking for highly motivated, dynamic, hardworking and self-driven team players to join the team as Real Estate Marketing Interns in the Real Estate Marketing Department.

Cytonn Investments Real Estate Marketing Internship in Kenya

Responsibilities

  • Development of strong, clear content for Real Estate marketing literature and other collateral as required
  • Development and implementation of marketing and sales strategies
  • Monitoring of Real Estate sales strategies to ensure they are effective and initiating changes where necessary
  • Overseeing all communication, PR and promotional activities selected to support Cytonn Real Estate. This includes design, production, and distribution of print materials such as brochures, ads and direct response plus radio and television spots needed for broadcast campaigns
  • Drive seminar programs, conferences and other Real Estate initiatives as required, in line with the marketing plans
  • Conduct research using comparable properties in the market
  • Work with partners from across the real estate group to identify issues and opportunities for development of new business or cross-selling opportunities
  • Acquiring and maintaining relationships with clients and third party agents

    Qualifications

  • KCSE B+ or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree, minimum of Second Class, Upper division
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills -ability to adhere to deadlines
  • Innovative and solution oriented individuals
  • Ability to cope under pressure and work within a fast pace environment
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally

    Cytonn Investments Digital Marketing Internship in Kenya

    Job Description

    The interns will participate in development & implementation of digital marketing strategies in the firm, using modern tools and techniques. The overall objective is to build a strong online presence for the brand, acquire customers and generate revenue.

    Responsibilities

  • Research and develop skills in digital marketing & strategies optimization with a Cytonn centric approach.
  • Develop digital marketing strategy, gather requirements, create requirements document and launch campaigns.
  • Monitor & analyse data from online programs to optimize strategies through the customer lifecycle.
  • Work across teams to create appealing and effective campaigns, communicating effective marketing concepts through articulate copy, design and metrics.
  • Manage and execute various tests and campaigns via marketing tools across digital.
  • Liaise with digital agencies and other related digital material vendors.
  • Collaborate with internal teams to create content for digital platforms.
  • Develop content strategies - video scripts, blog content, social media content and campaigns content & execute.
  • Manage the firm’s social media platforms.

    Qualifications

  • Knowledge of consumer marketing with a focus on developing/optimizing digital marketing programs & strategies.
  • Knowledge of a range of marketing channels, including mobile, online and direct marketing.
  • Knowledge of split testing methodologies in marketing with excellent reporting capabilities.
  • Ability to research best practices, report on competitive activities, deliver strategic recommendations and implement appropriately.
  • A highly self-driven individual with creative thinking skills and high energy.
    Sound familiarity with audio recording,
    videotaping, editing and digitizing raw footage.
  • Proficiency with analogue & digital editing systems and general production.
  • Outstanding capabilities on working on multiple assignments simultaneously.
  • Demonstrate leadership qualities and be committed to succeeding in a team context.
  • Demonstrate passion for social media usage, management and learning.
  • Proven verbal, written and presentation communication skills.
  • Basic knowledge of HTML and web editing is a plus.
  • KCSE grade B+ and above.
  • Graduated or will graduate with at least a second class upper honours from university.

    Cytonn Investments Business Development and Administration Internship in Kenya

    Job Description

    As a Procurement Business administration intern, you will support the department by completing all administrative tasks, including setting up of the offices, organising the paperwork for each delivery consignment and completing as necessary. The candidate may be called upon to assist in purchasing, providing quotations and sourcing products within a strict deadline.

    Responsibilities

  • Handle incoming and outgoing correspondence and enquiries, taking action where required
    Contact management; Database management, Calendar management and planning e.g. meetings – ensure no crash on meetings within the business
  • Liaise with customers and warehouse personnel with regards to Ordering
    Monitoring of emails to the department;
  • Efficiency and response time, Respond to emails and calls on behalf of the department
  • Contacting customers regularly to update them on orders
  • Investigate any issues/discrepancies relating to invoices
  • Keep track of quality, quantity, delivery times, transport costs and efficiency in the warehouse
  • Liaise with logistic companies with sales orders, tracking and tracing deliveries
  • Check and amend stock levels and stock control weekly/monthly in the warehouse
    Working as part of a team to deliver excellent client service
  • Produce reports as and when required
    Partnerships and collaborations; Provide a list of all your new external contacts to Zurit on daily basis, attend meetings with external and or internal parties when called upon by department, Follow up on business closed by the business from your contacts
  • Follow up on tasks assigned to members in business and external, Key activities, Coordination with other departments

    Qualifications

  • KCSE B+ or equivalent
  • Bachelor’s degree, minimum of Second upper
  • Strong communication skills (both written and oral)
  • Strong organizational and time management skills -ability to adhere to deadlines, multi-task and be able to prioritize
  • Computer skills - SAP & Microsoft Office is an added advantage
  • Knowledge of purchasing /procurement practices and procedures will be an added advantage
  • Ability to cope under pressure and work within a fast pace environment
  • Ability to build relationships internally and externally
