Create a Chance for Africans

Oh this is a good question or idea what ever way it comes, am a typical Ugandan, real African but currently working in Iraq. This is because of employment and low levers of education. Now my idea and wish is that if you can educate, train and employ real African, create a chance for African people to work in their own continent.
