Conference Scholarships

I'm a volunteer with an NGO in Cameroon called Youth Outreach Program. I have seen a conference in Finland called Closing the Gaps in Democracy taking place in Helsinki from the 22 to the 28 of October. I am looking for a scholarship that will enable me pay for the participation fees of 170 Euros. I will appreciate if you could help me with any information.
