Commmonwealth Scholarships to the UK

I am applying for a Commonwealth Scholarship to the UK. I am applying from Nigeria. The problem I have is the state Scholarship Board has no idea of the deadline. Do you have a vague idea of the deadline for submission of applications?

The deadlines vary from University to University. Some commonwealth scholarships listed on this website have a deadline of March and others go to as late as August.
