Chances of Getting a Scholarship

I am 50 years old and wish to apply for a full scholarship to do a postgraduate degree in Information Technology. field. I already hold both B.Sc. and MBA degrees, as well as over 15 years work experience. Please advise me on what specific scholarships I am eligible for and stand a good chance of being granted.
