Can I Get a Scholarship?

I hold a diploma in Mass Communication from The Kenya Institute of Mass Communication. I would like to advance but due to financial constraints I am unable to. How do I get a scholarship in an African university even if not in my country?

I would like to pursue a degree in Public Relations.
