Bidco Uganda Limited (BUL) is a leading FMCG company with modern edible oil refinery, soap & detergent plants in Masese Jinja. BUL has also developed over ten thousand hectares of palm plantations at Bugala islands in Kalangala as a backward integration geared to serve the market with BUL's established brands of fortified oils, fats & hygienic products.

The company is an associate of Wilmar International limited which has its headquarters in Singapore with several other associate companies worldwide. Through Wilmar's graduate training program, all associates hire and mentor the group's future managers.

It is in light of this that BUL is seeking to recruit & train TOP FRESH GRADUATES from leading higher institutions of learning in the following positions; 2 Management Trainee-Mechanical Engineer .

Academic Qualifications:

  • First class/Second class upper degree in Food science/Technology; Automobile engineering; Mechanical engineering; Electrical Engineering; Civil Engineering & Human Resourcemanagement 1 Organizational Psychology or any other relevant fist class / second class upper degree.
  • Successful candidates must be willing to travel abroad for coaching & mentoring.
