Atkins Senior Project Managers Jobs in Kenya

Minimum of 10 years hands on experience in running construction projects from inception through construction to handover.

Candidates must demonstrate ability to use planning and scheduling software such as Primavera and MS Project and have ability to undertake basic project cost appraisals.

Academic Qualifications:

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Project Management or other relevant discipline.

Master’s degree in a relevant engineering discipline is desirable.

Professional Qualifications:

Registration with Engineers Board of Kenya or Tanzania or other recognized qualifying body as a professional or consulting engineer.

Membership in relevant professional bodies

Relevant skills and competencies

Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications including Ms Project or any other planning software

Exceptional presentation skills

Strong interpersonal skills

Team player and results oriented professional

Other essential soft skills include: relations building, mentoring and coaching, motivating and inspiring, negotiation, win work, delegation and accountability.

Knowledge of contract management and administration

For the senior positions, demonstrable skills in commercial management of projects.
