Architecture Scholarship in Japan

Am a Kenyan student currently pursuing a Diploma in Architecture. I wish to continue my under graduate degree soon after.my dream is Japan as they are way ahead in technology than back here in Kenya, as most major construction projects are given to firms from there. My dream is to bring that expertise here and create more jobs opportunities. Please help me locate the best institution in Japan, and a scholarship for the same.am completing in august next year.
