Applying for A Post Graduate Programme

I am a 24yr old Ethiopian.

I got my first degree in Chemistry from Mekelle University and I am going to receive another degree in Economics on October 26 from Haramaya university.

Both universities are found in Ethiopia.

I have a three year Chemistry teaching experience out of which two years were completed at SOS Children's village in Ethiopia and one year at a governmental school.

I want to apply for a post graduate program for the year 2009 , in public health program or any other related fields.

My financial status is very weak to fulfill my basic needs.

What shall I do?

How do you advice me on getting a post graduate educational opportunity .
