Responsibilities

  • Responsible for carrying out sales forecast and the development of operational strategies at the regional level to ensure the sale and profitability of the full range of our products.
  • The role will conduct analysis on business, industry and total market trends to inform strategic decisions and operational actions. It will be accountable for the region's sales performance and the continuous growth and maintenance of market share and will ensure value creation and commercial business growth through the establishment and maintenance of strong business relationships with our customers and other stakeholders.
  • More specifically the role will be responsible for regional business growth and the achievement of targets in volume, revenue, market & trade development, new business and staff development.
  • It will establish and oversee the implementation of functional business plans/budgets to realize value for money.

    Qualifications

  • We are looking for an energetic, business focused, results driven manager who can work in high pressure and high Performance change environment.
  • The role requires a versatile, quick learner and adaptable team player and team developer. The person will have at least 7 years' experience in Sales and Marketing Management of which at 4 years must be at the level of a senior sales Manager in a fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) organization.
  • Experience in the beverage industry will be an added advantage.
  • The ideal candidate will possess a bachelors' degree and professional qualifications in sales and marketing.
  • Must have a valid driving license and be of unquestionable character with outstanding leadership skills.

    Responsibilities

  • The Role Based in Nyeri and reporting to the Commercial Manager.
  • The role will be responsible for analyzing commercial system capabilities and make recommendations for improvement,
  • Conducting role sorts in liaison with the Commercial Manager and the HR Manager to recommend structural improvements in the Commercial function for better results,
  • Closely monitoring and performing performance co-relation analysis for established KPIs and recommend calibration of the measurement tools and or PICOs.
  • In close liason with the HR Manager and the Commercial Manager establish an effective performance management system and reward schemes for the Commercial teams.
  • He or she will be responsible for the Development of Capability assessment and quality validation tools, Conduct Capability Assessment and recommend development programs, in-charge of on boarding of New and deployed Commercial staff, participate in the maintenance of the commercial talent pipeline by through recruitment, coaching and mentorship.
  • Monitor performance of individuals in the commercial team and propose and implement intervention measures.
  • Be in-charge and accountable for all commercial capability development Projects.

    Qualifications

  • The successful candidate will be energetic seasoned sales professional with a track record of transformational commercial leadership and an all rounded business acumen.
  • He or she will possess a Bachelors degree in sales and marketing or related field and 7 years of experience in commercial leadership positions.
  • A masters' degree will be an added advantage.
  • Qualifications as a trainer will be required. Knowledge of the Coca-Cola commercial business systems and experience in the selling of Coca- products will be a definite advantage.
  • The candidate will be proficient in Microsoft applications and an
    excellent analytic.
  • He or she will have experience in the use of sales force automation and effectiveness systems.

  • Based in our Rift valley, Mount Kenya or Kisii markets and reporting to the Regional Sales Manager and responsible for management of Key
  • Distributor effectiveness & operating standards, effectively managing the pull and push strategy through the product supply chain to ensure achievement of sales volume and revenue targets,
  • Ensuring top of class execution standards for agreed PICOs in the market through proper and effective supervision and empowerment of Account Developers and route salesmen.
  • The successful candidate will also be responsible for total trade development in his/her market and will be accountable for and not limited to new outlet creation and development as well as establishing and maintaining a clear competitive edge over competition to gain and secure market share.
  • He/she will develop by way of training and coaching of teams placed under him and regularly appraise their performance against established key performance indicators.

    Qualifications

  • The ideal candidate will possess a Bachelors' Degree in sales and marketing or a bachelors' degree in any other field plus professional qualifications in sales and marketing.
  • Minimum 5 years' experience in selling, three (3) of which must be as a Sales Manager in a fast moving consumer goods and busy organization.
  • Experience in an organization operating within an ERP environment will be an added advantage.
  • He/she must possess a valid driving license with not less than 3 years continuous driving experience.

    Responsibilities

  • Based in our markets of Mount Kenya, Kisii and Rift valley Bottlers and reporting to the Retail Area Manager.
  • The role will be responsible for new outlet creation, outlet growth and development, market execution, innovative product displays and merchandising, order generation and volume target achievements.
  • The role is also responsible for monitoring route to market routines adherence by distributor salesmen and their daily performance.

    Qualifications

  • We are seeking for young and passionate salesmen.
  • In order to succeed in this role, the candidate will possess a diploma in business administration preferably in Sales and marketing.
  • As a foot soldier, he or she must be resilient, possess high level interpersonal skills, self-driven, result focused, passionate about selling and an excellent relationship builder.
  • Experience in selling of fast moving consumer goods (FMCG) will be required.
  • Experience in selling of beverages will be an added advantage.
  • He / she must be willing and ready to work in any part of our markets.
