Those amongst many other skills gaps are what our year-long signature program “the Ajira Experience” addresses by preparing young graduates for the job market and also packaging them for successful careers of impact.

This one of its kind hands-on career preparation program aims to compliment university education by equipping young graduates with employability, career readiness skills and professional experience that gives them a competitive edge in the job market.

Through the year-long internship, intensive bootcamps and educational tours in four different East African countries, quarterly feedback from the host organization, career/life coaching… we basically package a young graduate to become a highly effective, adaptable and productive employee.
