Sous Chef will be responsible in running kitchen operations in a timely manner in line with the food production quality and specifications so as to meet/exceed AKUH staff/patients/guests satisfaction.
• Applicants must possess a Diploma in Food Production from a reputable Institution with at least 6 years’ relevant work experience in an Institutional food production set-up.
• S/he should have sound knowledge of food safety and sanitation; training in HACCP Management System will be an added advantage.
• The ideal candidate should be computer literate with good organizational and communication skills as well as have knowledge of menu planning.
